you are simulating realtime equations by stepping through time. theres a major problem with this when your ion is in close proximity to other ions. also at higher velocities this becomes a major problem; the ion will jump through walls. this realy is an amazingly simple game. i bet w/ a few hours i could have written it in java

at least add some basic sound. i dont care if its crappy. its better than silence. i almost fell asleep, and your animation needs work. i would sugest revising your drawings to make them more animateable. dont draw the picture and just stick it there. use cells
